We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

Jules has created Urban Co-Living which delivers creative spaces within a co-living environment and beyond!
Jules is passionate about creating inspirational creative spaces that encourage a sense of community and social interaction in this changing landscape of the rental sector.
At Urban Co-Living they challenge the status quo and create social environments, so small communities can thrive. Her vision is to deliver a product fits the needs of today’s generation within pre-set budgets, whilst enhancing the local environment.

Gary Neilson has a portfolio of 19 properties across Leeds, Wakefield and surrounding towns with a couple of outliers thrown in for good measure, the portfolio is made up of 16 single lets and 3 services accommodation units. Starting with 3 "pension" BTL's Gary set up their business Ormad
Properties with his partner Kirsty Wilson in 2020 and bought their first property in the business in July 2020, including this first one they have purchased 16 BRRR properties in 3.5 years.
Coupled with their own portfolio they now manage a couple of properties for busy investors and have commenced their first project for clients, sourcing and project managing a BRR project for a couple who are short on time but wish to invest for their future.
During Gary's presentation, he will cover the following:
- Consistency is powerful, slow, steady and being meticulously consistent builds momentum
- Low risk single lets can still work when bought at the right price with the right due diligence
- The compound effect - small consistent steps soon start to add up to massive results
- A walk though of our purchases timeline and the numbers on the deals
- This is achievable for anyone out there - can you commit to consistency to achieve results like this
- I am not exceptional, I am very average - so if I can do it so can you!!
